A table for two, please!
I got a call one afternoon...
"Don't make plans tonight, you and I have got a date. It's our Anniversary, someone's watching Eli. I'm excited..."
"Someone as in WHO? Mom, oh okay :) I'm excited too, ahh, I can't wait..."
We were in Washington for our Anniversary, so we knew we would be celebrating a little bit late.
He made the reservation at Maggiano's, our favorite.
It couldn't have been better. A candlelit dinner, just the two of us, all the time in the world to chat, we needed it. This year has been absolutely amazing, tiring, unexpected, blessed, and so full of love.
Oh, and he bought me this beauty!
