"He is doing FANTASTIC"
Is exactly what the Dr. said at the Blood Doctor's Office. We got our ultrasound yesterday (at exactly 26 weeks and 4 days.) They told us that it is very common for babies that have mothers with blood disorders to be very small, or below average. But not Eli, he is big! They seemed amazed at his size, which is so good to hear. He weighed in at 2lbs 7 oz. He's a hunk :] His heart rate was perfect and my blood pressure was "fantastic." [All things they are always looking for]
I always say this, but I honestly can't believe how fast it is going! Here's what our schedule looks like from today to give you an idea of why its flying by:
This Friday Jan 21st: Glucose test at the lab -27 weeks along
Tuesday Feb 1st: Miss Frizzle - 28 weeks and 4 days along
Friday Feb 11th: Blood Doctor, ultrasound - 30 weeks along
Tuesday Feb 15th: Miss Frizzle - 30 weeks and 4 days along
Friday Feb 25th: Blood Doctor, ultrasound -32 weeks along
Then we're in March!! Then it's ultrasounds twice a week. Oh my goodness! Well we're going to register today for baby stuff & cannot wait!
